Firmenbeschreibung
Our company began operations in 1981, when Stane Sovič started carrying out handicraft activities as individual private entrepreneur, namely:
- metal turning and
- locksmithing.

Over the years, the amount of work has increased, and consequently the number of employees has grown. In addition, our machine capacities have been strengthened and modernized. DBSS d.o.o. company joined us on the market in 1999.

Today, we are engaged in the manufacture of equipment and spare parts for the needs of various industries, thermal power plants and other energy facilities. We are a competitive company in the field of manufacture and installation of steel frames for projecting roofs, fences, landings, and other purpose-made products on order.
We also maintane mechanical devices in power plants and other industrial companies, as well as production and installation of equipment in thermal power systems for the production of thermal and electrical energy.
In addition to maintenance, we also build transport and other technological systems from the planning stage to completion and final handover to the client.

Since 2005, we have been using a certified quality management system and environmental management systems ISO 9001 and 14001 for maintaining mechanical equipment in power plants.
We are qualified to carry out demanding locksmithing, welding and piping works. Our welders are certified according to SIST EN 287-1 welding standard for electric arc welding processes (E 111), TIG (141) and MAG. We have a number of CNC lathes and machining centres (we can provide service for Turning, Automatic turning (bar), Combined machining turning/drilling/milling, Surface milling (2 1/2 D), Milling), conventional lathes, milling machines, and other tools required for metal processing.

In 2006, we participated in the elimination of the SIPO and INOKS profit centres from the HTZ Velenje I.P., d.o.o. disability company, and in the establishment of independent companies Sipoteh d.o.o.(manufacture and servicing of mining equipment) and Robinoks d.o.o. (manufacture of stainless steel products). We own significant shares in both companies.

We cooperate with various contractors when the volume of work is large (when we carry out major refits of equipment) and when we carry out special work which requires specific skills and tools.

Our goal for the future is to reach many new customers in the European Union markets, and to become a supplier of metal products known for its reliability, loyalty and quality.
