Company „Vitalii & Son“ has been developing and producing stretch moulds for PET bottles and containers even since this technology first took off in 1988 in Bulgaria.
With our many years of experience, we guarantee the optimum design and contruction of the blow moulds to give you the best possible bottle quality. We have detailed knowledge of all the different types of machines. Thanks to our own manufacturing technologies, and especially our high end generation machines, we achieve the shortest possible lead times. In our well-equipped blowing laboratory, a wide range of tests and inspections can be performed before the start of production. Leading bottle makers value our competence and make regular use of our services.
We concentrate our knowledge on the classic decision, we refuse to make the quick-change mould because we deeply believe that the life of this type of the moulds are short.
We never forget about people who install the moulds.

Large Moulds
Our know-how extends up to “containers” with a content of 5, 10, 12, litres and even 5 gallons in a wide variety of shapes.
Our design department is familiar with the special features of these large containers and the possibilities of production on the various types of blowing machines. Comprehensive advice for such projects is available to you at any time.
Hot-Fill Blow Moulds
We have already produced a large number of steel moulds for the hot-fill technology.
Through the development of own manufacturing technologies, we reach smooth surfaces. We cut the manufacturing costs for those moulds considerably and in the same time reduce the weight of the moulds.
